When Ryan asked what I wanted for my birthday back in January, there was only one thing on my list – the Two Faced Sweet Peach Range. I love that Debenhams now sell Too Faced products so they’re much more accessible to us here in the UK. I fell in love with Too Faced many years ago in America when I had a Sephora makeover and the artist used their products. My favourite product of theirs has to be their Chocolate Soleil bronzer which I’ve mentioned numerous times on my blog but the Sweet Peach eyeshadow palette is now a very close second. I couldn’t decide between getting this and the Glow Kit but I think I made the right choice, although I’d still love that too!
Firstly, I love the packaging! The peachy tin is great for protecting the eyeshadows if you’re a bit dozy like me and drop everything on a daily basis. The palette also smells amazing like peaches, every time I open it I get the most delicious smell. The palette also has a mirror inside with 18 shades at 0.95 grams each.
The palette has shades for everyone, I won’t personally use the ‘out there’ shades like ‘Bless Her Heart’ or ‘Delectable’ but my favourites are ‘Luscious’ and ‘Cobbler’ as these are neutral. There are a few peach and brown shades in the palette which go great together but I did expect more golden peachy colours to go with the theme of the range. They apply well on to the lid and are really buttery but the lighter shades don’t show up as well on my skin.
This palette is a bloggers favourite and very well hyped up which in my opinion is well deserved. I love this palette and I’ve been using it daily since my birthday. It’s quite an expensive palette at £39 but I know I’ll more than get my pennies worth from it.
Have you picked up anything from the Too Faced Sweet Peach collection?
Ta Ta for now,
